Hole 6 is a 564 yard Par 5 with a stroke index of 5. It is the longest hole on the Lakes championship course. A gentle dogleg to the right requires a slightly faded tee shot to avoid the shallow bunker on the left. Be aware of the tall mature trees to the right side of the fairway. A ditch running across the fairway working its way up the left hand side of the fairway makes for a tricky second shot. Club choice for your approach shot into the slightly elevated green is important.
