Men's Winter League Round 1 18 hole Pairs Betterball

Five Lakes held the first round of this year's Winter League on the Links course.

Tom Arrowsmith (5) and James Adams (11) scored well and lead this year's competition with 47 Stableford points, in second place was Stuart Hempstead (10) and Nick Mahon (16) with 45 points, two pairs returned 42 points to dispute 3rd place Neil Shinwell (9) and Lee Stafford (15) just beating Phil Robson (7) and Graham Doherty (12) with 14 points on their back 6 holes.

Four players won balls with 2's on the par 3's, Phil Robson, Steven Smith and Doug Wood on the 10th and Billy Coe on the 16th.
